Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen / Production Assistant to join our fresh pasta production team.

This position supports the daily production, preparation, packaging, and organization of pasta products. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment, following recipes and production instructions, handling ingredients and finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

You will work as part of a small production team. Training will be provided on our production procedures and equipment.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, good organization, teamwork, and the ability to perform repetitive and physical throughout the shift.

Responsibilities
Assist with the daily production of fresh and frozen products.
Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and production requirements.
Assist with mixing, rolling, cutting, extruding, filling dough.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts.
Follow proper food storage practices, including labeling and rotating stock to prevent spoilage.




Maintain organized refrigerators, freezers, storage areas, and production stations.
Contribute to a positive team workplace by communicating effectively and assisting colleagues as required.

Qualifications
Flexibility to work various shifts
Previous experience in a food service setting is preferred
Enthusiasm for learning is key
Ability to handle food responsibly, including proper hygiene practices and protected food handling procedures.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting the kitchen’s operations
Basic understanding of the food industry’s standards for cleanliness and safety

Pay: From $18.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
