Become a Housing Support Worker with Dixon Hall, providing essential support for clients transitioning to reliable housing. Work Monday to Friday and make a meaningful impact in your community. In this full time position, you will report to the Manager of Supportive Housing Services.

Your role focuses on assisting clients in their transition to long-term housing and maintaining stability.

Key skills required include crisis intervention, advocacy, and robust organizational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
Support clients with housing transition plans
Conduct home visits and connect clients to resources
Advocate with landlords and service providers
Organize community-building activities and events
Maintain documentation of client interactions and progress Requirements:
Degree or diploma in social services or equivalent
Experience with homelessness or housing challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of homelessness issues in Toronto
Ability to work independently and collaboratively Help clients thrive in their housing situations through active engagement and tailored support services at Dixon Hall.
