Overview

Know Your Body Best Therapeutics and Supplies Ltd., a trusted provider of massage tables and wellness products (bodybest.com), is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for our Etobicoke location.

This person manages product data and inventory accuracy across Cin7, Inventory Planner, and Shopify. You will be the link between purchasing, the web team, and the warehouse so SKUs, stock levels, and listings stay aligned. You will own the inventory hub.

We are looking for someone who is accurate, organized, comfortable with inventory software, and professional with co-workers and customers.

Duties
Maintain product listings in Cin7, including SKU, UPC, country of origin, pricing, and related item data.
Create and maintain variant data listings in Shopify (product data only; the web team handles descriptions)
Keep Cin7, Inventory Planner, and Shopify aligned
Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies
Work with the purchaser, web team, and shipper/receiver so everyone is using the same
information
Handle customer inventory and order inquiries as needed, in a clear and professional manner
Keep product data organized and easy for other teams to use

Skills
Comfortable with inventory and e-commerce software such as Cin7,



Inventory Planner, and
Shopify
Strong attention to detail with SKUs, UPCs, pricing, and product variants
Able to communicate clearly with warehouse, purchasing, web, and customers
Organized and able to manage several systems at once
Previous inventory control, e-commerce operations, or product-data experience preferred
Able to read and speak English
Must work on site in Etobicoke, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Solid analysis skills for identifying trends, forecasting needs, and optimizing materials sourcing strategies.This role is perfect for motivated specialists eager to make a tangible impact on supply chain efficiency while advancing their expertise in data analytics and inventory management within a vibrant retail environment. Pay: $26.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40.0 per week
