This role’s responsibilities include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical goals, while also leading student placements and providing necessary training to staff. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive exercise programs for residents
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare specialists
Assess and evaluate resident mobility needs




Lead educational workshops on body mechanics and active living
Supervise Kinesiology students and volunteers aiding the PAL program Requirements:
Degree in Kinesiology with a psychomotor behavior focus
Registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario preferred
Experience with seniors in rehabilitation environments
Knowledge of health care policies and best practices
