Responsibilities
Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, and blood sugar.
Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
Maintain a clean, protected setting by performing housekeeping duties within the group home setting




Drive participants when necessary for appointments or community activities, ensuring safety at all times

Requirements
Knowledge of medication administration.
Certification in First Aid and CPR
Demonstrated ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate personal care
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized support
Valid driver’s license for driving participants when needed; protected driving record required
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
