Moncton – North End

We are a warm, busy family of four with two young children looking for an experienced, reliable, caring and proactive person to become a trusted part of our household and help make our weekday evening routine run smoothly.

This role is centered around daily cooking and household support. Cooking is an significant part of the position (including vegetarian meals!), so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys preparing healthy, home-style meals and feels confident taking initiative in the kitchen and around the home.

What the Role Looks Like

Cooking & Meal Prep
Prepare family dinners on weekdays
Prepare the kids’ lunchboxes and snacks for the following day
General food and meal preparation
Clean and reset the kitchen after cooking

Household Support
Laundry, including washing, folding and ironing as needed
Changing bed linens
Other occasional household and seasonal tasks

Bi-Weekly House Cleaning Full-house cleaning is also part of the role and is completed every two weeks during additional paid hours,



outside of the regular weekday schedule. It is not expected to fit within the daily shift

Schedule

Monday to Friday, approximately 3:30–7:00 PM + plus additional hours for bi-weekly house cleaning.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who is dependable, organized and has a proactive mindset—someone who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and is comfortable working independently without always needing direction.

Most importantly, we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys cooking, takes pride in caring for a home, and is looking for a consistent, long-term position with a family.
