Java Application Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a Java Application Developer to support application enhancements, modernization, system integrations, data solutions, and cloud-based initiatives within a complex enterprise workplace.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement application enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
Support data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting solutions.
Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis and provide application support.
Apply development best practices, including TDD, Agile, and DevOps.
Maintain and enhance existing automation and modernization frameworks.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in Computer Science,



Software Engineering, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with enterprise financial, trading, treasury, risk, or capital markets applications.
5+ years of Java development experience in complex enterprise settings.
3+ years of experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle.
Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with performance testing, data modeling, integration, transformation, reconciliation, and data warehouse technologies.
Experience working in Agile environments.
