Join our energetic team as a Landscaper/Arborist and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor environments. You will be responsible for executing a variety of landscape and tree care projects, ensuring safety, quality, and aesthetic appeal in every task.

Responsibilities
Perform tree care activities including pruning, trimming, cabling, and removal using proper techniques and equipment
Operate bucket trucks, bucket lifts, and other machinery safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas
Use rigging techniques to safely lift and position heavy branches or materials during tree work
Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care, planting, mulching, edging, and general landscape upkeep
Apply horticultural knowledge to assess plant health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate treatments or replacements
Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and wearing protective gear at all times





Experience
Growing experience in landscaping or arboriculture with a robust understanding of tree care practices
Hands-on experience operating bucket trucks, lifts, and rigging equipment safely and effectively
Knowledge of horticulture principles related to plant health management and landscape design
Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care and planting procedures
Ability to perform detailed tree trimming and pruning with precision to promote healthy growth
Installation of irrigation systems
