• Evaluate swim proficiency and provide feedback
• Organize and implement detailed lesson plans
• Monitor safety and enforce protocols in the pool
• Instruct users on best swimming practices
• Oversee pool cleanliness and equipment readiness
Requirements:
• Lifesaving Society Bronze Cross or National Lifeguard certification
• Swim Instructor certification from Lifesaving Society
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
• Understanding of emergency procedures
• Strong communication and customer service skills
