and monthly close activities across departments.Process Improvement & EfficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes and team efficiency.Shift team focus toward value-added analysis and strategic activities through automation and process optimization.Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementMonitor cash flow, report on cash movements, and manage working capital levels to support financial health.Internal Controls & ComplianceEstablish, maintain, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly, with timely resolution of outstanding items.Perform analytical reviews of account reconciliations to validate accuracy and completeness.Audit & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary contact for treasury, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.Coordinate audit activities, ensuring timely delivery of required documentation and adherence to deadlines.Collaborate with finance counterparts across the organization to align on best practices and standardization initiatives.Skills, Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldProfessional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent)Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting rolesExperience in a manufacturing workplace (food processing preferred)Strong controllership experience, including operational accounting, standard costing, and financial analysisSolid understanding of applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated leadership and team development capabilitiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumenAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsExcellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
