We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. The ideal candidate must be customer-service oriented with the ability to remain qualified in all situations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be able to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and manage seating arrangements.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu items and specials.
Take reservations and process payments quickly and accurately.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs of guests.




Monitor dining room for proper seating arrangement and table availability.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience working in hospitality industry preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends

Job Types: Part time, Full time Pay: $15.00 per hour
