We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead our exterior installation crews. This is a hands‑on working foreman role, you will work alongside the crew while directing daily tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects running efficiently. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews on siding, window/door, and roofing installations
Work hands‑on with your tools while directing and supporting the crew
Coordinate daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain project timelines
Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Read and interpret measurements, plans, and project specifications
Identify and resolve on‑site issues related to layout, fit, or installation
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and clients when required
Train and mentor junior installers and laborers
Maintain a clean, organized, and protected job sit

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in siding, windows/doors, or roofing




Proven experience as a lead hand or foreman
Must have your own tools
Valid Working at Heights (WAH) certification
Robust understanding of exterior building envelope practices
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail

Assets (Not Required)
Experience with multiple siding systems (vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement, etc.)
Additional trade certifications
Ability to read blueprints or take accurate measurements
