Temporary Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | Potential for Permanent

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, vendors and visitors. Operating since 1980 from our beautiful family farm in Airdrie, we're a family-owned business that takes pride in great service.

Your day will include
Greeting customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Answering and directing incoming phone calls using a multi-line system
Responding to basic customer inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate team member
Taking messages and ensuring information gets to the right person
Supporting Sales and Rustic Ranch Furniture with general administrative and front-desk duties
Keeping the reception area organized and welcoming
Helping with other day-to-day tasks as needed

Friendly, personable and genuinely enjoys helping people
Reliable, punctual and professional
Confident communicating with customers both in person and on the phone
Organized and able to comfortably multi-task




Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
Flexible and willing to pitch in where needed
Previous reception or multi-line switchboard experience is an asset

Schedule Full-time | Tuesday–SaturdayOur regular business hours are:
Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

This is initially a temporary full time position with potential to become permanent. What We Offer

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36.5 per week
