Responsibilities
Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safety and hygiene
Engage clients with friendly communication, actively listening to their needs and offering expert advice on hair care routines and products




Upsell retail hair care products and salon services to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth
Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training

Experience
Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a solid portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients in a warm, professional manner
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
Robust communication skills to effectively explain styling options and product recommendations
Experience with retail sales techniques to promote salon products confidently
