Job Summary

Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Operate the cash register (POS system), process payments accurately, and handle cash handling responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store shelves through effective merchandising
Handle lottery and others store transactions.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Conduct product demos or upselling of convenience items, snacks, beverages, or promotional products to boost sales
Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Keep track of inventory levels,



restock shelves, and support merchandising efforts to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is advantageous; technical sales experience is a plus
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and processing transactions accurately
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in station maintenance
A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in a quick-paced environment
