We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and measuring ingredients according to recipes and standards
Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients needed for various menu items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during meal preparation and kitchen operations




Support the overall food service process by helping with plating, portioning, and presentation as directed

Experience
Previous food service experience or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations is a plus
Experience in meal preparation or cooking within the food industry demonstrates a strong foundation for this role
Knowledge of serving protocols and basic culinary techniques will help you succeed in this position
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
