Duties
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences
Design customized itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation options
Provide expert advice on destinations, local attractions, and travel requirements
Assist clients with booking arrangements and ensure all reservations are confirmed accurately
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after trips
Stay updated on the latest travel trends, hotel options, and hospitality services to offer current recommendations




Promote additional services such as travel insurance or special packages to enhance client satisfaction

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality roles within the travel industry
Solid knowledge of hotels, destinations, and the hospitality sector
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple client requests
Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management software is preferred
Passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
