As a Health Care Aide, you will collaborate with the care team under the supervision of a Staff Nurse.

Your role includes assisting residents with personal care, meal support, and mobility assistance. You'll also be responsible for providing routine treatments and ensuring a comfortable environment for seniors in our care. Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with bathing, washing, and personal hygiene
Aid in transferring residents using protected mechanical equipment
Provide assistance during meals in accordance with dietary plans
Support movement to therapy, dining, and recreation activities
Accompany residents to social events and therapy functions Requirements:
Minimum one year experience in a care setting
Completion of recognized HCA/PCA Certificate Course
Active registration with Alberta's CLHA
Fluency in English is essential
