tool lists and Operational Detail SheetsàCalculating Work Offsets/IndicatingUnderstanding programmed tool pathTightening and clamping pressures (i.E. ‘Free State’ condition and part clamped maintaining free state)Ability to read, understand G and M codesTape proving new and modified programs, anticipating what the machine will do before it cutsPreventive maintenance5-S ActivitiesPre-start up inspections which incorporate Health & Safety awarenessRunning a combined number of machines simultaneously in a safe and effective manner.
