Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and prompt assistance
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
Maintain front desk operations including reservation management, billing, and guest account updates




Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Support guest services by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly

Experience
Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality best practices is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment
