As a casual Security Guard, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Hourly wage $22.44+/ hour depending on experience
7-on/7-off, 14-on/14-off, and other rotation schedules depending on site requirements 12- hour shifts

Responsibilities for Fly-In/Fly-Out Surveillance Casual Security Guard
Monitor the premises to ensure security
Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
Address incidents or potential threats quickly
Write detailed reports on events and incidents




Control access points and check identification
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
Partner with authorities during responsible situations

Qualifications for Fly-In/Fly-Out Surveillance Casual Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification
CSO (Common Safety Orientation)
Class 5 driver license
Clean Driver Abstract
Pass a drug test 8 panel
Clean shaven for an N95 Fit mask
Wildlife Awareness & Wildlife Intermediate
Field Ergonomics & OHS Legislation Awareness
High School Diploma or equivariant
Strong problem-solving skills
