We are searching for an Account Service Representative to join our dynamic Life Benefit Solutions team of high-achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fixed 12 month term, full-time, hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB, with some flexibility for remote work.The Account Service Representative will play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients.We strongly encourage First Nations and Indigenous applicants to self-declare in your cover letter.The Account Service Representative will:Manage an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive serviceHost employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefitsRespond to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and careAct as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teamsBuild solid, trusting relationships with new and existing clientsCollect and processing documentation accurately and on timeIdentify and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of serviceEnsure service standards are met and tracked regularlyTravel to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips on a regular basis (driver’s license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)Support additional tasks and projects as neededTo be Successful as an Account Service Representative with Life Benefit Solutions, you will need:Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field (preferred, not required)A passion for delivering excellent client serviceStrong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in community engagementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize,

The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
