About the Opportunity

Full customer account reconciliation

- Reconcile the entire customer account, not just individual invoices.
- Compare invoices, payments, credits, adjustments, unapplied cash, and outstanding balances.
- Be able to explain exactly why a customer's balance is what it is.
- Identify discrepancies and determine what needs to be corrected.

Large enterprise/customer accounts

- Experience dealing with large, complex customer accounts.
- Comfortable working with sizeable dollar balances.
- Ideally someone who has managed accounts with multiple invoices, entities, contracts, locations, or billing arrangements.

About You

- Tech savvy accountant
- Lots of experience with Account reconciliations (large customer experience, high volume)
- Great Communication skills

Pay Range

$30 - $39 per hour

This position for employment is for a current vacancy with Vaco/Highspring's client. You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this prospect.
