- Maintain and prepare valuation models for non-residential properties
- Carry out inspections and assessments across the portfolio
- Engage and communicate with property owners effectively
- Support various assessment reviews and special projects

- Post-secondary diploma in a related field is essential
- AMAA designation is required for eligibility
- At least 5 years of assessment experience preferred
