Ensure the safety and comfort of patients while monitoring treatment efficacy and educating them on procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute safe venous access procedures and infusion therapy
- Assess and monitor patient responses to treatments
- Create and implement personalized patient care strategies
- Mentor new staff and conduct performance evaluations
- Lead quality improvement initiatives in the unit Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license mandatory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
