Job Summary

Bisotun Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Framing Subcontractor for current and upcoming residential renovation projects in Ottawa and surrounding areas.

We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with skilled subcontractors who can provide quality work, meet project schedules, and work professionally on residential job sites.

Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of skilled framing experience is required
Wood framing for residential renovation projects
Interior wall framing and partitions
Basement framing and renovation framing
Frame walls, openings, bulkheads and other structures according to drawings and project requirements
Read and understand construction drawings and measurements
Ensure framing is level, plumb, square and completed to professional standards
Maintain a clean and protected work area
Coordinate with the project manager and other trades as required

Requirements
Previous professional framing experience is required




Must have your own tools and equipment required for the work
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Must be reliable, punctual and able to meet project deadlines
Ability to work independently or with your own crew
Experience with residential renovations is preferred
Must follow applicable safety requirements

Compensation Compensation will depend on experience and the scope of each project. Work may be compensated hourly or based on an agreed project price.

Location: Ottawa and surrounding areas

Significant: This is a subcontractor opportunity. We welcome applications from experienced individual tradespeople as well as subcontractors with their own crews.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
