The successful candidate should possess analytical skills and take on the responsibility of training team members while ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll standards. Your client-focused approach will be essential in solving complex payroll issues. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve client payroll-related issues effectively
Configure and set up Payworks accounts for recent clients
Develop and deliver training sessions for remote teams




Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance and quality standards
Create playbooks and resources for improved team performance Requirements:
Over 3 years of payroll processing experience in Canada
Certification as Payroll Compliance Practitioner is preferred
Familiarity with Payworks software
Robust understanding of federal and provincial compliance
