Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Associate to join our team in Canada, based in [City]. This role focuses on the packaging and handling of meat products in a temperature-controlled (cool) environment, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities
Package meat products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and handling of all packaged items.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the production and packaging areas.
Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols.
Operate and monitor packaging equipment; report or troubleshoot minor issues when needed.




Work in a cool/temperature-controlled environment to preserve product quality.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Assist in training current staff on packaging procedures and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the production process.

Qualifications
Experience in food production, packaging, or a related field is an asset.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Comfortable working in a cool environment for extended periods.
Valuable communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Food safety certification is an asset (not required).
