North Okanagan Events is looking for a fun, creative and outgoing Face Painter to join our growing events team!

We provide entertainment for birthday parties, community events, weddings, festivals, corporate events and other celebrations throughout the Okanagan.

What You’ll Do
Provide face painting for children and guests at events
Create simple, popular designs such as butterflies, rainbows, unicorns, superheroes, animals and more
Interact positively with children and families
Keep your face-painting area clean, organized and welcoming
Help with light setup and cleanup of your station
Occasionally assist with other event activities when needed

Who We’re Looking For You don’t necessarily need years of professional face-painting experience. We are looking for someone who is:
Artistic and creative
Friendly, patient and comfortable working with children
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working at busy events
Able to work independently once trained
Available for some weekends and evenings
Willing to learn our designs and event procedures

Previous experience in face painting, art, childcare, recreation, camps,



birthday parties or entertainment would be an asset. Transportation A driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are strongly preferred, as events take place throughout the Okanagan and transportation to event locations is required.

Additional prospects may include helping with crafts, games, children’s activities, character appearances, event hosting, setup and takedown. Starting Rate: $30/hour for face painting

This is a excellent position for someone looking for flexible, creative weekend work and who genuinely enjoys making events fun for kids and families.
