BJ Take Lighting is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations in Dunnville, Ontario. This critical role emphasizes both strategic oversight and daily transactional accounting tasks. As the Financial Controller, you will manage the complete accounting cycle, from maintaining financial records to cash flow management and payroll processing.

Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly Epicor Kinetic, will be instrumental in driving continuous process improvements. This role is perfect for a finance qualified who enjoys balancing strategic financial leadership with day-to-day accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements




Manage month-end and year-end close processes
Monitor and analyze company financial performance
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash projections
Provide insights and recommendations to management Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Robust knowledge of full-cycle accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
