Flex Associate
- - Join Jefferson Elora Corporation (JEC) as a Flex Production Associate, where you’ll help produce high‑quality parts for our customers in a modern, quick‑paced manufacturing environment. This unique role allows you to choose your shifts in real time through a mobile app, offering exceptional flexibility and work‑life balance.

Flex Production Associates support one or more areas of the production process:

Stamping
Work with a team to set up and operate stamping machines
Perform quality checks and monitor for machine issues
Maintain safe and consistent operation

Robotic Welding
Operate special‑purpose welding equipment or robotic work cells
Load and secure parts manually or with a hoist
Conduct quality inspections
Report daily production and maintain equipment

Quality Assurance
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Report non‑conformances
Assist with containment, repair, and supplier/current model inspections





Shift FlexibilityAssociates can choose from available shifts weekly:
Weekdays: Day, Afternoon, or Midnight
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): Day shift or Afternoon shift

Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, with up to 32 hours per week.

What We’re Looking For
Focused, detail‑oriented individuals with a commitment to quality
Experience in rapid‑paced manufacturing is an asset
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Ability to read instructions and complete basic documentation
Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
Ability to diagnose simple issues in standardized situations
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a loud environment
Basic computer skills
