About Us

We are a new Hakka restaurant focused on quick, friendly service and delicious food. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Front of House staff to join our team and help create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Job Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
Take orders accurately in-person and over the phone
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments using the POS system
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order details and special requests
Package and organize take-out orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and service stations
Restock beverages, cutlery, napkins, and other front-of-house supplies
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements
Previous customer service or cashier experience is an asset
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling cash
Reliability and punctuality are a must




Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
