Responsibilities
Perform electrolysis hair removal procedures with precision, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Conduct laser treatments for hair reduction and skin rejuvenation, customizing protocols to individual client needs
Provide excellent customer service by educating clients about treatment options, procedures, and aftercare
Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and clinic policies
Manage retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction
Schedule appointments efficiently,
ensuring a smooth flow of client sessions throughout the day
Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills
Requirements
Proven experience or certification in electrolysis or laser hair removal techniques
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic treatments
Previous retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to promote products confidently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
