In the Executive and Indigenous Affairs department, the Executive Assistant is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition of recent Commissioners. This includes overseeing office management, conducting research, and preparing written materials crucial for the Commissioners’ engagements. You will also assist the Indigenous Affairs Unit in fostering intergovernmental relations and organizing logistics for state functions and events.
Key Responsibilities: • Research and create speeches, letters,
and presentations • Maintain communication channels with the media • Coordinate the Commissioner's calendar and appointments • Organize events and logistics for official ceremonies • Provide reception and administrative support
Requirements: • Diploma in administration, policy, or communications • Minimum one year of relevant experience • Competency in executive support and office management • Experience in policy research and stakeholder relations • Excellent writing and organizational skills
