Responsabilities as an Expo: You are the middle-person between the back of house and front of house, the final set of eyes and hands on a dish and the coordinator of it's destination.
Put the final touches on a dish, like sauces or dressings
Organize orders and hand them off to food runners
Run food and interact with guests
Pack up takeout and delivery orders
Portion food items and sauces
