Duties
Measure, cut, and install drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and texturing to achieve seamless surfaces
Repair or replace damaged drywall sections promptly and accurately
Apply caulking around seams and fixtures to ensure airtight and moisture-resistant finishes
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide installation processes
Coordinate with carpenters, painters, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris regularly
Qualifications
Proven construction experience with drywall installation and finishing techniques
Knowledge of construction painting, caulking, and general carpentry skills
Ability to read blueprints accurately and follow detailed instructions
Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various trades
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various positions
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
Must have Whims,Fall protection certificates
