Shape the future of projects as a Full-Cycle Electrical Estimator with Leading Edge Electric in Coquitlam, British Columbia. This position prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering accurate estimates. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the estimating process from lead qualification to turnover.

Your role is essential in fostering relationships with clients and vendors while ensuring estimates protect margins and minimize risks. Your focus will be on continual improvement of estimating systems and processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop transparent scopes of work through client communication
Coordinate with vendors for effective material procurement
Produce detailed, timely estimates for projects




Interpret drawings, specs, and tender documentation
Track operational risks and recommend solutions Requirements:
10+ years of experience in commercial electrical
At least 2 years in estimating, design-assist is a plus
Robust grasp of CEC and related codes
Proficient with Bluebeam or similar estimating tools
