Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Clerk/Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with garment drop-off and pick-up, managing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with dropping off or retrieving their garments
Process customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts efficiently
Organize and tag garments for cleaning or pressing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area




Communicate effectively with team members regarding garment status or special instructions
Ensure timely completion of customer requests and uphold high standards of service quality
Organize and sort garments to their respective sections, based off tag colour on each garment.

Skills
Robust customer service skills with a friendly and skilled demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Reliable team player with excellent communication skills

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
