You will oversee a diverse portfolio, develop a multidisciplinary team, and establish standardized policies across all assets. Your leadership will directly impact relationships with owners and tenants while maintaining operational excellence and financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a multidisciplinary property management team
Standardize policies for consistent asset management




Manage the annual operating and capital budgets
Guide lease negotiations and perform compliance oversight

10+ years in property management or construction
