Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Indian Cook or Chef specializing in North Indian cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian dishes that delight our guests and uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership will be vital in creating a vibrant dining experience.

Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of traditional North Indian dishes with precision, authenticity, and consistency.
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Lead food service activities during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals to guests.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and promote teamwork.




Uphold food safety regulations and maintain proper documentation related to food handling and sanitation.

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Indian cook or chef specializing in North Indian cuisine within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation specific to North Indian dishes.
Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and kitchen safety protocols.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Background in restaurant management or food service industry preferred.
Familiarity with bartending or serving roles is a plus but not mandatory.
