We require an experienced Payroll Analyst to facilitate accurate payroll processing for our client. Ideal candidates will possess robust attention to detail and robust knowledge of payroll practices.
The Payroll
Analyst role encompasses managing the full-cycle payroll process, validating time and imports, and ensuring retro calculations are done correctly. You will also need to process union payroll according to collective agreements while maintaining comprehensive payroll records. Coordination with HR will be essential for managing employee information and retroactive increases. Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete payroll processing and time validation
Handle union payroll reporting alongside agreements
Maintain accurate payroll records in collaboration with HR
Process journal entries and assist with month-end reporting
Prepare T4 and support internal audits with records Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting or related fields
Mandatory PCP certification
1–5 years of full-cycle payroll experience
Robust grasp of payroll compliance legislation
Excellent skills in Excel and MS Office Utilize your payroll knowledge and skills to provide accurate processing and compliance oversight.
