Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing dental practice.

In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient coordinator at the front desk, ensuring a smooth flow of patient appointments, insurance processing, and administrative tasks. Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Open Dental and MaxAssist
Verify patient insurance coverage, process claims, and handle billing inquiries efficiently
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent customer service
Maintain organized electronic medical records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations
Assist with patient intake forms,



update medical and dental histories, and ensure all documentation is complete
Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and support administrative needs

Skills
Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental setting
Proficiency in MaxAssist
Communication skills, capable of handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and clarity
Ability to adapt quickly to current software tools and office procedures in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working with dental office equipment and administrative tasks is highly desirable

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 per hour
