We are looking for an Experienced Dental Receptionist for our busy office located in 205 Markham Road Scarborough ON M1J 3C3.

Duties
Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify insurance coverage and collect patient information
Assist with billing and payment processing
Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records
Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns

Qualifications
Previous experience working in a dental office or medical office setting preferred
Proficiency in using dental office software such as Tracker
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Solid administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
