Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their natural curiosity and love of learning
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
Maintain accurate documentation of each child's progress, behavior,



and developmental milestones
Collaborate with colleagues and families to create a cohesive approach to early childhood education
Ensure the classroom environment is organized, clean, and stimulating to support active exploration and learning

Experience
Prior experience working directly with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly preferred
Classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young learners
Proven skills in caregiving, nurturing, and creating inclusive settings that support diverse abilities
