Job Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our dental team! In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while managing appointment scheduling, patient check-in and check-out, and administrative tasks. Your energetic and positive approach with our patients will help create a welcoming workplace that keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and handle patient check-in and check-out with professionalism and enthusiasm
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our dental software (Tracker)
Manage phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information promptly
Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and update electronic medical records accurately
Assist with billing procedures, payment processing, and insurance claims to ensure smooth financial transactions
Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while ensuring all office protocols are followed




Support the dental team by coordinating patient flow and ensuring timely communication between staff members

Qualifications
Previous experience as a dental receptionist with a minimum of one year experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of dental terminology
Proficiency in office experience including multi-line phone systems, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to create a positive patient experience
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
