Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with current first aid and CPR, police clearance- vulnerable sector check to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help foster curiosity, social skills, and foundational knowledge that set children on a path toward lifelong success.

Responsibilities
Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence
Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and areas for growth
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring equitable access to learning experiences
Communicate regularly with families to share updates on their child's development and address any concerns
Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom setting in compliance with health and safety standards
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is highly valued
Recent/ Fresher or without experience also welcome, we will provide training
Classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to manage group activities effectively
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a strong plus
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Solid communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members

Pay: $15.00-$25.62 per hour
