Summary The Dental Office Sterile Bay Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sterilization, and proper handling of dental instruments and supplies. This role is vital to maintaining a safe and efficient clinical workplace, supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. The technician will manage inventory, adhere to strict aseptic techniques, and follow all sterilization protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Duties
Prepare, sterilize, and organize dental instruments using appropriate sterilization equipment and techniques
Maintain accurate inventory management of dental supplies and sterilized instruments
Ensure all procedures comply with infection control standards and aseptic techniques
Assist in the setup of treatment rooms by organizing sterile instruments and materials before procedures Job




Monitor sterilization cycles and document sterilization processes for quality assurance
Assist with the disposal of contaminated materials following safety protocols
Support the dental team by providing sterile instruments during procedures as needed
