Job Responsibilities
Perform standard engineering assignments in design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, specification preparation, field-task execution, and field-problem resolution
Receive assistance and instructions on unusual or complex features and possible solutions as needed
Ensure compliance with government, organizational, and customer engineering standards
Evaluate, select, and apply standard technical techniques, procedures, and criteria, making minor adaptations and modifications
Work on special projects as directed
Perform other related duties and tasks as required
Use existing and acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions supporting the product life cycle and replacement of current Framatome technologies
Participate in resolving technical issues identified by project management, business line management, or customers to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd.
Maintain a safety mindset

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) in Engineering
Basic knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria
Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data
Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively within a team setting




Good problem identification and problem resolution skills
Exposure to CAD modeling and computer programming skills
Applicants requiring access to export-controlled information must satisfy U.S. and applicable home-country compliance requirements
Successful completion of a background screening
