Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, including brushing, flossing, and dietary habits
Assist with dental examinations by taking and developing X-rays, recording medical histories, and noting any concerns
Support the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring patient comfort
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and ensuring a welcoming environment




Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop personalized treatment plans for patients

Requirements
Valid licensure or certification as a Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations
Proven experience working in a dental office setting, preferably with pediatric or orthodontic cases
Proficiency in Dental Office Management Software such as Dentrix is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques, medical terminology, and infection control protocols
Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive patient experience
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $39.00-$45.00 per hour
