Program duration – 1 year

Where?
Participants must live in a Hub city (Houston, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Toronto)

How?
One week onboarding in-person in Dallas/Houston
Monthly in-person office hours in Hub city
Weekly check-ins with rotational manager
Monthly check-ins with program manager
Quarterly in-person workshops in Dallas/Houston

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for US Hub cities
